Cancellation & Weather Policy
Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
For cancellations within 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.
Weather Conditions
Snow mountain photography is highly weather-dependent.
In case of severe weather or unsafe conditions, the session may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
If rescheduling is not possible, we will discuss the best available option together.
