Cancellation & Weather Policy
Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
For cancellations within 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.
Weather Conditions
Japan Experience sessions are generally safe, but outdoor conditions may vary.
In case weather makes shooting difficult, the session may be rescheduled at no extra cost.
If rescheduling is not possible, we will discuss the best available option together.
