愛媛県生まれ、京都育ち。
長野県北安曇郡池田町在住。
写真家・ライター。
House Studio 8dori 主宰。
幼少期から引っ越しを繰り返し、
免許証の裏に紙を貼り足されるほどの移動生活を送る。
その経験から、
「人が土地に根づくこと」や
「暮らしの中に残る記憶」に関心を持つようになる。
20歳の頃、シベリア鉄道でユーラシア大陸を横断。
果てしない車窓の旅の中で、
旅とは特別な出来事ではなく、
日々の連なりそのものだと気づく。
現在は、北アルプスの麓・池田町を拠点に、
光と影、記憶と営みをテーマに、
この土地の暮らしを見つめながら写真を撮っている。

Philosophy
After moving with my family to Azumino, Nagano, several years have passed.
Living close to the Northern Alps, I am surrounded by the gentle rhythm of the seasons
and the changing quality of light that defines this land.
The people I meet and the landscapes I encounter here stay deeply in my heart.
Photography, to me, is more than a simple record.
It becomes a meaningful memory within someone’s life.
That is why I approach each photograph with care, intention, and quiet attention.
Through a photography session, I hope you may come to appreciate yourself a little more,
or feel a softening in your connection with someone important.
